About

Planning with older adults and people with disabilities in mind.

I work where planning meets everyday life: the sidewalks, benches, bus stops and gathering places that decide whether a neighbourhood is easy to live in. My work centres on making communities more inclusive, age-friendly and accessible.

I hold a Master of Arts in Regional Planning from the University of Tehran and a Diploma in Urban Studies from Simon Fraser University. Today I'm the Neighbourhood Engagement Lead with the West End Seniors Network, supporting community connection and programs for older adults.

  • InclusivePlaces that welcome people of every ability and background.
  • Age-friendlyNeighbourhoods where older adults stay connected and active.
  • AccessibleWalkable and wheelable streets, measured on the ground.
